Lavern's return policies:
Products purchased through the website are not returnable through Laverne branches under any circumstances.
-The allowed period for returning products is seven days from the date of receiving the order.
-Return requests can only be submitted once per order, and no further return requests can be submitted for the same order number thereafter.
The amount will be transferred to the customer's account within 3-5 working days from the date the product is received by the shipping company.
Orders paid through Tamara or Tappy will be refunded through Tamara or Tappy.
-The return policy does not include the following products: Laverne samples.
-Laverne perfumes purchased from other apps are subject to the return and exchange policy of the app from which the order was placed.
Orders from outside Saudi Arabia are non-returnable.
-The delivery and cash on delivery service is a paid service for receiving the order and paying at the time. When the product arrives and there is a desire to return it, the amount is deducted for the customer’s benefit.
-If the order contains a free offer or product, the products must be returned in full in order for us to complete the refund process.
- The return and exchange policy does not apply to opened perfumes . Please try the perfume using the attached sample only.
- The return and exchange policy does not apply to any of the face, hand and skin care products.

Order replacement:
Replacement steps at Laverne:
1- Submit a return request via the return platform .
2- Shipping the product to be returned (the shipping cost is borne by Lavern).
3- After that, the amount will be transferred to your account after the product arrives.
4- Then you can order any perfume you like.

-Laverne will send a prepaid shipping label via email within a maximum of 3 business days for delivery with the product to the shipping company.
Shipments outside of Saudi Arabia are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
